Electric Chain Saw and Pole Saw Training

This training is required in order to check out a chain saw or pole saw from the Tacoma Tool Library. We will ask you to watch the video and read and agree to this agreement when you check out a chain saw or pole saw for the first time.

Chainsaws are used to only cut wood

A 14-inch chainsaw is good for small jobs like trimming branches, while a 16 to 20-inch chainsaw is better for cutting firewood or felling small to medium trees.
